Job summary

HD Supply seeks an experienced manager to lead a hybrid team of data analysts and floor auditors, ensuring data integrity between SAP WM/EWM and physical inventory on the warehouse floor. You will align product attributes, slotting configurations, and warehouse parameters to optimize throughput and fulfillment speed.

You will oversee cycle counts, wall-to-wall inventories, and automated reconciliations, monitor KPIs, and drive governance standards across SAP masters.

Qualifications

• Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline with 7+ years of experience.
• Experience in SAP WM/EWM and inventory governance.
• Strong data accuracy, auditing, and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Directs a dual-function team of data analysts and floor-based inventory auditors to drive data accuracy and operational integrity.
• Oversees physical and systemic audit programs including cycle counts and wall-to-wall inventories.
• Drives KPI reporting on inventory accuracy, master data completeness, UoM error rates, and bin-level variances.
• Enforces governance standards across SAP MM attributes, including packaging hierarchies and weight accuracy.
• Optimizes SAP EWM parameters in collaboration with the Slotting Team.
• Resolves discrepancies between physical audits and SAP records through root-cause analysis and validation controls.
• Monitors IDocs and data flows among SAP ERP, SAP EWM, and automated handling systems.
