Qualifications

• 2+ years' minimum experience on the Salesforce platform.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Willingness to obtain Salesforce Admin certification and one Consulting Cloud certification.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales scoping and supporting a Solution Architect/Sr. Consultant as needed.
• Document business, functional, and technical requirements in pre-sales to generate a Scope of Work.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business needs and define requirements for the scoped work.
• Assist in creating the Solution Design Documentation with user stories, data dictionaries, and process flows.
• Build solutions using Salesforce declarative features and Crowe best practices; assist in deployment and client documentation.
• As you grow, lead smaller projects end-to-end with oversight.
