Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce core products and a drive to learn and grow in both technical and functional skills.
• 2+ years on the Salesforce platform with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication skills, cross-functional collaboration, and client-facing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales scoping and supporting Solution Architect/Sr. Consultant as needed.
• Document business, functional and technical requirements for pre-sales and SOW generation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture needs and outline business processes impacted by the scope.
• Assist in defining and solutioning scopes of work meeting business needs with SA/SC oversight.
• Contribute to Solution Design Documentation including user stories, ER diagrams, data dictionary, and process flows.
• Use declarative functionality to build solutions and complete project actions using Salesforce best practices.
• Assist in QA, change sets, and client documentation; grow toward independent end-to-end project delivery.
