The position is hybrid, with at least 20% travel. A Bachelor’s degree is required, and Salesforce Admin certification is preferred as you grow within Crowe's consulting

Qualifications

• Competency & experience with Salesforce core products.
• 2+ years' minimum experience on the Salesforce platform.
• Strong, dynamic communication skills - both written & verbal.
• Ability to log time on a daily basis for client and project reporting needs.
• Positive minded, solutions-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales scoping, supporting a Solution Architect/Sr. Consultant, as needed.
• Documenting business requirements, functional requirements & technical requirements in a pre‑sales environment to generate a solution and Scope of Work, as needed.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to capture business needs, define requirements for the scoped work.
• Assist in fully solutioning scopes of work that meet business needs with oversight from SA/SC.
• Create the Solution Design Documentation with ER diagrams, data dictionary, and process flows.
