Job summary

Aleysian, a B2B technology consulting firm, is hiring a Solution Owner in Chicago. You will own target-state design for Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementations, translating requirements into data and security models and an automation strategy.

Lead cross-functional teams, support pre-sales, and grow the business through client relationships. The role is hybrid from downtown Chicago with travel up to 50% and a compensation package including a base salary of $190,000-$225,000 plus a 15% bonus,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a business analyst or consulting manager role on software implementation projects.
• Hands-on experience with Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) and Revenue Cloud Billing (RCB), CPQ: configuration, pricing and quoting models.
• Strong command of the Salesforce data model, sharing, and security architecture at enterprise data volume.
• Working knowledge of Flow, Apex, and integration patterns.
• Track record leading discovery workshops with client resources and serving as primary contact for customers.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and ability to work in a fast-paced small company.
• Eligible to work in the United States without limitation.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and architecture, owning the design document and build-versus-configure calls.
• Present designs to business and IT stakeholders and run architecture review sessions.
• Flag risks and sign off design with the client before build starts.
• Ensure build aligns with approved design and validate go-live architecture.
• Manage project delivery with multiple consultants and report status to client leadership.
• Participate in business development, including pre-sales, estimating, and roadmaps.
