Job summary

Aleysian is seeking a Salesforce Principal Technical Architect to design and deliver complex Salesforce solutions, mentor junior developers, and ensure technical excellence across engagements. This hybrid role, based in downtown Chicago with remote options in Wisconsin and Michigan, drives integration with AWS/Heroku and ETL tools to meet client needs.

The ideal candidate brings deep Salesforce experience, client-facing leadership, and strong communication to guide projects from discovery

Qualifications

9+ years of experience developing technology solutions with deep Salesforce architecture expertise.
6+ years managing external client projects with increasing responsibility.
Track record overseeing development resources and mentoring technical teams.
Relevant Salesforce certifications (Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I/II).
Expert knowledge of Salesforce declarative/programmable stack (Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Process Builder, Lightning, Visualforce).
Experience with integration platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Jitterbit, Informatica) and security practices.
Experience with IDEs, source control, and workflow management systems.
Strong written and verbal communication; able to present complex concepts.

Responsibilities

Design transformational Salesforce solutions meeting business requirements and industry best practices.
Architect Salesforce and integration solutions with the project team and client stakeholders.
Create design documents and ensure Salesforce integrates cleanly into customer infrastructure.
Lead environment management, testing, and Salesforce platform education.
Serve as trusted advisor and drive quality delivery of enterprise solutions.
Mentor junior resources and contribute to internal best practices and standards.
Collaborate across teams with strong communication to explain complex concepts.
