Aleysian, headquartered in Chicago, is a dynamic and innovative digital transformation consulting firm specializing in Salesforce and AI-driven business solutions for the private sector. We are seeking a creative and driven Associate Consultant to join our growing team.

In this client-facing role you will gather configuration requirements from clients, design, implement and test solutions, and tailor the platform to meet client needs. This hybrid role is based in our downtown Chicago office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Interest in learning Salesforce and AI platforms.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients and stakeholders to determine business requirements.
• Document client system specifications and understand their work practices.
• Support the configuration of environments according to client specs and project scope.
• Documentation and testing of application functionality.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the solution meets business needs.
• Develop training materials for users and other consultants.
