Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on Salesforce Technical Solution Architect experience with large CRM/CPQ projects.
• Extensive CPQ and Revenue Cloud experience including pricing rules, bundles, billing, revenue recognition.
• Proven hands-on Agentforce building, configuring, and deploying agents in production Salesforce org.
• Hands-on use of Cursor for AI-assisted development and rapid delivery.
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, CPQ Specialist, Revenue Cloud Consultant, or Agentforce) are highly desirable.
• Strong data modeling, master data management, and integration expertise; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud/CPQ.
• Translate business requirements into clear designs: data model, automation, integration patterns, UX.
• Design and build custom Agentforce agents and Claude-based agents.
• Lead discovery workshops to document current and future state processes for Sales and Revenue Cloud.
• Define SIT/UAT plans and provide enablement, admin guides, and training materials.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise standards and SOX compliance; support reporting and audits.
• Collaborate with integration teams to connect Salesforce with ERP and downstream systems.
• Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, Channel, IT to prioritize and sequence the Salesforce roadmap.
• Implement Design Registration workflows for distributor/partner-led deals with predefined paths.
