Job summary

24 Hour Home Care - Corporate Division in El Segundo, CA seeks a Senior IT Systems Analyst focused on Salesforce design, implementation, and ongoing optimization. You'll collaborate with stakeholders and IT to deliver system solutions and technical support.

Responsibilities include triaging tickets, designing enhancements, testing changes, and maintaining documentation. This is a hybrid, temporary role with monthly in-office presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of Salesforce Developer and/or Administrator experience.
• Experience supporting system design, implementation, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with project management and technical support.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and technology best practices.

Responsibilities

• Triage incoming system tickets, prioritize requests based on urgency and impact, and manage assigned tickets through resolution.
• Partner with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams to identify system needs and improve existing applications and workflows.
• Design and implement Salesforce enhancements and other system solutions, including requirements, timelines, and implementation considerations.
• Test system changes and enhancements to ensure functionality, security, and alignment with business requirements.
• Maintain clear system documentation, ticket updates, and implementation records to support ongoing maintenance and future enhancements.
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support for Salesforce and other business systems, escalating complex issues as appropriate.
• Train and support users on system functionality, enhancements, and processes.
