Qualifications

• One year of experience as an Information Technology Specialist II; or six years in IT with lead/expert work on complex systems.
• Education substitutions allowed: Master/PhD for 4 years, Bachelor for 3 years; maximum one degree used for substitution.
• College coursework must include 15 semester units of IT or related coursework.

Responsibilities

• Architect and manage Salesforce implementations, including CRM workflows and case management.
• Lead and coordinate IT projects, advising leadership on IT strategy and governance.
• Ensure integration with middleware (e.g., MuleSoft) and enterprise APIs to meet business objectives.
