Job summary

Interclypse, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Leader to drive architecture and CRM initiatives for Maryland-based state agency projects.

You will define requirements, analyze outcomes, and guide integration strategies across Salesforce, MuleSoft, and APIs while aligning with enterprise standards. This on-site role requires deep technical leadership, 12+ years of industry experience, and a strong background in Salesforce deployments and data integrations.

Qualifications

• Twelve (12) years of relevant industry experience.
• At least 8 years of Salesforce/Force.com platform experience.
• Strong deployment knowledge of Salesforce configurations, MuleSoft integration, and APIs.
• Knowledge of Integrations, 3rd party integration tools, ETL with Salesforce.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, manage and support Salesforce applications and batch operations.
• Maintain availability, performance, scalability and efficiency of Salesforce systems.
• Monitor and resolve incidents related to Salesforce deployments and integrations.
• Define non‑functional requirements and create solution designs and architectures for CRM initiatives.
• Lead project objectives through iterative delivery and collaboration with development teams.
• Promote Salesforce CRM architecture alignment with enterprise standards.
