Accelyst, LLC in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead/Architect to own design and leadership across large-scale Salesforce deployments. You will guide architects and developers, drive integration strategies, and ensure scalable, high-availability solutions that meet business goals.

The role requires 4 years in leadership/architecture, Salesforce Dev experience, and active certifications. Onsite 5 days a week in Sacramento; ITIL is preferred.

Qualifications

4 years as a Technical Lead or Architect responsible for enterprise solutions.
Experience with 5,000+ users and 5 million+ data records.
3+ years as a Salesforce Application Developer with Apex/SOQL/SOSL/Clouds.
Bachelor's degree; if no degree, 7+ years Salesforce dev experience.
Master's degree or 2 additional years Salesforce dev experience if bachelor.
ITIL Certification.
Active Salesforce Certifications including Service Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud.

Responsibilities

Own technical solution design, development leadership and integration strategy.
Lead solution delivery across enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
Ensure high-availability, scalable architectures and performance.
Coordinate with stakeholders to align business and technical objectives.
