Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT experience, including 4+ years designing or architecting Salesforce solutions.
• Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience including Apex, LWC, Flow, integrations, and deployment practices.
• Experience producing architecture documentation and leading technical design reviews.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related capabilities.
• Apply hands-on implementation across Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, integrations, and deployment patterns.
• Define data models, object relationships, security and sharing models, and automation strategies.
• Make and document architecture decisions including build vs buy, configure vs customize.
• Develop prototypes and proofs-of-concept to validate approaches and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Produce architecture artifacts such as design documents, data flows, and integration specifications.
