Job summary

Piper Companies (ZP Group) in Columbia, MD is seeking an Entry-level Account Manager through a structured sales apprenticeship. You will start by learning the recruitment lifecycle, then enter a mentorship-focused Sales Readiness Program, with the goal of earning a promotion to Account Manager.

You will build your customer base by applying new business development and account management principles, with uncapped earning potential and a base salary.

• Partner with an experienced Account Manager to learn from them and help drive their business forward.

• Advance into the Sales Readiness Program as skills develop.
• Upon promotion to Account Manager, develop and service your own customer base by building partnerships and driving client outcomes.
