Job summary
ZP Group, a parent to Zachary Piper Solutions and Piper Companies, is seeking a driven candidate for a sales apprenticeship. You will start by learning the recruitment lifecycle, then move through a mentorship-focused Sales Readiness Program, with promotion to Account Manager based on merit.
Expect to build a client base and earn via base pay plus commissions and bonuses. Initial duties include recruiting on open roles for Fortune 500 customers and advancing through the program to drive business

Responsibilities
- Learn recruitment lifecycle during a 6-month apprenticeship
- Complete Sales Readiness Program through mentorship
- Progress to Account Manager and manage a customer base
- Recruit on open positions for Fortune 500 clients
- Develop new business and strengthen client partnerships
- Receive base salary plus uncapped weekly commissions and bonuses
