You will start in a 6-month sales apprenticeship, learn recruitment for Fortune 500 clients, then enter a mentorship-driven Sales Readiness Program toward promotion to Account Manager.

Base salary is $52,500 with promotion-based boosts, uncapped commissions, and benefits. Office four days weekly with Fridays remote, aligning with our growth-oriented culture.
