Job summary

Spectrum Brands is seeking an experienced Sales Support Administrator to join its Home & Personal Care division on a 6-month fixed-term contract, supporting the UK Sales Team and delivering best-in-class execution across leading retail and online customers.

You will provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support, handle account queries, assist with business proposals and presentations, and help prepare key customer meetings and range launches.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administration or office-based role.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Keen eye for detail with proactive problem-solving.
• Strong time management and workload planning.
• Team-focused and willing to learn across functions.

Responsibilities

• Handle general account queries and provide quick, professional responses.
• Assist with creation and delivery of business proposals and sales presentations.
• Support planning and preparation of key customer meetings (e.g., Range Reviews).
• Help manage range selection and implementation of new customer ranges, including product information, images, and packaging details.
• Coordinate product samples and online product reviews.
• Support Category Management projects and development/distribution of digital content.
• Audit product listings on customer websites for accuracy and brand consistency.
• Liaise with Marketing and internal departments to meet product information and digital asset requirements.
