Elevance Health, Inc. is seeking a CarelonRx Sales Strategy Specialist to support the ASO pharmacy growth in Local markets. This role collaborates with Sales and CarelonRx to drive proposals, pricing strategies, and new business development in a hybrid in-office/virtual setting.

The position requires a BA/BS and at least 2 years in pharmacy proposal or pricing, with CRM experience and knowledge of pharmacy benefit sales preferred. EST/CST residency is favored.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required and at least 2 years in pharmacy proposal or pricing.
• Experience with pharmacy benefit sales and CRM software preferred.
• EST/CST location preference.

Responsibilities

• Support sales team through all phases of the sales process.
• Develop sales strategies and plans for new and existing businesses.

• Provide market research and competitive analysis as part of strategic planning.
• Maintain data quality for Sales and Account Management.
