Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) to serve customers by assessing needs, recommending products and services, and performing entry-level vehicle services. This hybrid role blends customer interaction with hands-on shop tasks and store operations, supporting career growth within Firestone Complete Auto Care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Customer service mindset and growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid role handling customer service, sales and issue resolution (75%).
• Perform basic vehicle service tasks such as oil, tires and fluids (25%).
• Oversee store operations including opening/closing, inventory and displays as needed.
• Learn all store operations and flex between front and back shop tasks; may assist or act as Manager-On-Duty.
• Growth and career development opportunities within the store.
