Job summary

Bridgestone America, Inc. – Firestone Complete Auto Care is hiring a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) in a hybrid role at our Savannah, GA location.

You will help customers, recommend products and services, and perform entry-level vehicle services to ensure customer satisfaction. This position focuses on learning all aspects of store operations, with opportunities to grow within the company, including potential advancement to Manager-On-Duty.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid role handling customer service, sales, and issue resolution.
• Perform basic vehicle service tasks (oil, tires, fluids).
• Assist with store operations, including opening/closing, inventory and displays.
• Support growth and development; may act as Manager-On-Duty in certain circumstances.
