Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) for the Firestone Complete Auto Care network in Augusta, GA. This hybrid role blends front-counter customer service with essential vehicle service tasks, supporting store operations and customer satisfaction.

You will learn all store operations, perform basic services (oil, tires, fluids) and participate in growth opportunities, including potential managerial duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service and career growth mindset desired.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid role balancing customer service/sales with basic vehicle services.
• Perform oil, tires, fluids and other entry-level vehicle tasks.
• Assist with store operations including opening/closing, inventory, and displays as needed.
• Growth and career development opportunities; may assist or serve as Manager-On-Duty when required.
