Job summary

Bridgestone America, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) for the Firestone Complete Auto Care family. This hybrid role blends customer service with basic vehicle services, ensuring customer satisfaction through thorough and timely work.

The SST position supports learning all aspects of store operations, including front and back shop duties, inventory, and displays, with room to grow and pursue ASE certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent; Valid driver's license; Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks; willingness to learn store systems.
• Preferred Qualifications: 2 year degree or relevant training; prior consumer retail sales experience; automotive experience a plus; supervisory experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, sales, and issue resolution (75%).
• Basic vehicle service tasks (oil, tires, fluids) (25%).
• Store operations including opening/closing, inventory, displays as needed.
