Job summary

AlphaGraphics Downtown Austin is seeking an energetic Sales & Production Assistant to bridge Inside Sales and large format/digital print production. The role averages 50/50 sales support and hands-on production, adapting to shop volume and deadlines.

Hourly pay ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 with healthcare, PTO, a 401(k) plan, and hands-on training across sales tools and print equipment. This entry-level, hybrid position offers growth within a four-location network.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, or sales support preferred; a genuine desire to learn the print and sign industry is essential.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with comfort speaking with clients both over the phone and face-to-face.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite; ability to quickly learn specialized print estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Inside Sales & Customer Support: greet clients, answer calls, provide quotes, process orders, support sales reps, communicate timelines and statuses, manage front-desk tasks.
• Print Production & Technical Support: operate high-speed digital presses and wide-format printers, assist with finishing, quality checks, inventory and shop cleanliness.
