Job summary

Randa Apparel & Accessories is seeking a Full-Time Manager, Corporate in the Dallas area. The role focuses on Sales Operations, planning, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration to drive profitable growth.

The position requires a strong background in S&OP, inventory management, and business reporting, with a proven ability to lead projects and coordinate with Sales, Planning, Finance, and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, or analytics.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with forecasting experience.
• Proven project management and cross-functional leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate and distribute weekly, monthly, quarterly sales reports.
• Develop insights from forecasts, opportunities, and risks.
• Prepare presentations for strategic decisions and leadership.
• Maintain opportunity and risk tracking for visibility and accountability.
• Coordinate S&OP meetings with agenda, reporting, and follow-up.
• Lead exit/onboarding processes and cross-functional readiness.
