Job summary

Randa Apparel & Accessories seeks an entry-level Sales Operations Assistant to support Account Executives in managing client relationships and sales workflows. You will help track orders, prepare materials, and coordinate with production and distribution teams to ensure timely delivery.

Collaborating with E-Commerce and other internal teams, you will analyze sales data for trends and opportunities, contributing to growth while maintaining accurate records and samples for client meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent degree/experience required.
• 0–2 years of Sales or Buying experience required; internships count.
• Retail buying office or vendor/wholesale experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining account relationships and sales operations under direction of Account Executives.
• Help track reports such as Open Orders and shipment summaries to identify trends.
• Prepare meeting materials, selling reports, binders, and product samples; attend client meetings when needed.
• Execute daily sales tasks including production orders to bring product to stores.
• Update clients on order status and coordinate with Distribution Centers and other teams to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with E-Commerce team to upload accurate product descriptions and photos.
• Act as liaison between sales, design, distribution, merchandising, accounting, and overseas factories as needed.
• Analyze sales to identify trends and opportunities to drive incremental sales.
