Job summary

Samsung Semiconductor in San Jose, CA is seeking a Logistics Compliance Specialist to oversee import/export regulatory governance and mitigate operational risk across borders. You will manage customs filings, audits, and vendor invoices, coordinate daily logistics, and educate internal teams on trade requirements to ensure compliant, efficient movement of goods.

Onsite 5 days a week with strong Excel skills and a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/business; 1+ year experience preferred;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 1+ years of experience in Logistics Management, Transportation, and Import/Export compliance.
• Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, formulas, pivots).
• Experience with the classification process.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory Compliance & Governance: Handle Customs compliance (C-TPAT, ANL, Customs regulations, HTS codes maintenance).
• Documentation & Audit: Validate Customs Entry documents and conduct internal audits of trade activities.
• Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination: Track shipments, resolve customs clearance issues, review vendor invoices, monitor incident reports.
