Job summary

Outdoor Research in Seattle, WA, is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator for a full-time hybrid role (3 days in-house). You will support Sales Ops, Key Accounts, data management, and reporting to enable our wholesale business to run smoothly.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in high-volume order management with EDI, ERP, and logistics experience. Proficiency in Excel and Power BI is preferred, and US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with minimum 3 years in high-volume account and order management.
• Experience with EDI transactions, ERP systems, and shipping/logistics operations.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across departments; proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Power BI experience preferred; must be able to work in the US and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally to enforce internal controls and SOX compliance.
• Administer OR's B2B platform: account creation, catalog management, and updates.
• Maintain order book and customer data accuracy across systems.
• Manage Sales calendar and workflows in Asana; communicate milestones to Sales.
• Support MAP, pricing monitoring, and reporting tools; assist ad hoc analyses.
• Coordinate Key Account and International Distributor operations for seasons.
