Job summary

FIJI Water, part of The Wonderful Company, is hiring a Sales Operations Associate in the West Los Angeles area. The role supports the sales team with TPM-based promotions, data insights, and account-level administration in a hybrid in-office/remote setup.

The position emphasizes financial acumen, relationship management, and cross-functional coordination with Sales, FP&A and Accounting to drive TPM effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in sales operations or account management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to cultivate critical relationships and perform in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of promotional plans in TPM.
• Coordinate with Sales Account Executives and provide promotional support.
• Handle customer portal requirements and deal management.
• Prepare and communicate promotional sell sheets and SOPs for regions/customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, FP&A and Accounting to optimize TPM usage and training.
• Oversee promotional spend and resolve deductions/payments.
• Attend sales meetings and maintain documentation in shared drives.
