Job summary

FIJI Water is seeking a Sales Operations Associate in West Los Angeles. The role supports the sales team with TPM-driven promotional plans, pricing, deductions, and portal management across accounts. Hybrid work with in-office Mon-Wed and remote Thu-Fri is available.

Responsibilities include partnering with Sales, FP&A, and accounting to optimize our TPM platform, creating promotional materials, and maintaining SOPs for assigned regions. Strong Excel and relationship skills are required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in sales operations or account management preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to cultivate critical relationships and perform in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• A highly detailed individual with a critical eye for accuracy.
• Experience with clear verbal and written communication to efficiently share information.
• An inquisitive problem solver and creative thinker who is comfortable utilizing analytical and quantitative skills.
• A collaborative individual that can work independently with strong time management and organization skills.
• Experience with DemandTec a plus.
• Experience with VIP/iDig a plus.

Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle management of promotional plans in our TPM system.
• Regular status calls with Sales Account Executives and promotions entry/edits.
• Validate volume forecast adjustments and pricing discrepancies; manage deductions and invoices.
• Manage customer portal requirements and deal management processes.
• Create and communicate promotional sell sheets; maintain SOPs for regions and customers.
• Partner with sales, FP&A, and accounting to support and train on TPM platform.
