Job summary

Acuity Inc. BUILD program offers a two-year rotational experience for early-career talent to gain broad business understanding and functional expertise. Participants rotate every six months across marketing, sales, analytics, and accounts, building leadership and technical skills.

The program emphasizes mentorship, onboarding, and active development, with a January start date and a hybrid work model based in the United States.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration (or equivalent).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
Demonstrated problem-solving and time-management abilities.
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Travel availability 25–50% depending on rotation.
Leadership experience influencing change, people, and processes is highly preferred.
Team-oriented with a drive to take the initiative is highly preferred.
Less than two years of related work experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Participate in onboarding and mentorship within the BUILD program.
Engage in leadership report-out meetings to share learnings.
Collaborate across groups like Brand & Product Marketing, Regional Field Sales, and Market Analytics.
Develop business acumen through rotations and practical projects.
Support cross-functional initiatives and networking events.
