Job Summary

The New Car Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, managing the CRM system, overseeing inventory and marketing efforts, and leading a high‑performing sales team. This role ensures profitability and customer satisfaction through effective deal management, team development, and strategic execution. The Sales Manager also plays a vital role in analyzing data, improving closing ratios, and coaching team members to maximize results across all sales channels. In addition to the sales manager role, there will be hybrid F & I opportunities.

• Reduce aged inventory and maximize inventory turn

Schedule

Full‑time, includes evenings and Saturdays as needed

Pay Structure

Base salary plus bonus/commission based on department performance
