The role emphasizes reliable communication, accurate note-taking, and collaboration with sales reps. You will work hybrid in WA or MN areas, with performance incentives and a structured ramp-up period.

Competenze

• 6 months or more of customer service, call center or inside sales experience.
• Comfortable learning technical product information; deck building knowledge is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to work in multiple systems while on a call.

• Qualify every lead and route it to the right team by channel and customer type.
• Take part in a regular feedback loop with the sales reps you hand off to.
• Build the product knowledge and skills needed to move into DD Homeowner Sales and beyond.
• Maintain clear, complete written notes on every lead and handoff.
