Job summary

DecksDirect is seeking a Sales Intake Representative in Minnesota or Washington. You will answer inbound calls, log leads, qualify prospects, and route calls to the appropriate sales team, helping our pipeline stay full and ready for won deals.

This hybrid role features a 90‑day training period with guaranteed earnings and a won-deal bonus of 100 dollars per closed deal. Expect monthly call targets and a friendly, fast‑paced environment that supports career growth into DD Homeowner Sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
• 6 months or more of customer service, call center or inside sales experience (Preferred)
• Comfortable learning technical product information; deck building or home improvement knowledge is a plus (Preferred)
• Basic computer skills and the ability to work in multiple systems while on a call (Required)

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, qualify and log leads, route calls to the right team
• Maintain clear written notes on every lead and handoff
• Manage call volume to meet monthly targets: 320 calls (months 1–3) and 400 calls (months 4–9)
• Deliver won-deal handoffs: 12 per month (months 1–3) and 17 per month (months 4–9)
• Support training and product knowledge growth to enable future roles
