Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Sales Enablement Analyst to shape tools for our sales teams, focusing on Best Buy Business (BBYB). You will collaborate with sales partners and technology teams to translate ideas into practical solutions.

The role is hybrid, with on-site work Monday through Thursday at the Richfield corporate office and remote Fridays. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to document requirements, manage enhancements, coordinate testing, and track adoption and outcomes

Qualifications

1+ year of experience translating business needs into requirements, use cases, or process documentation.
1+ year of experience in business analysis, sales operations, or CRM delivery.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with sales teams to understand challenges and identify improvement opportunities.
Gather and document business requirements, use cases, and recommended solutions.
Manage enhancement requests from intake through prioritization and release readiness.
Coordinate testing activities to ensure system updates meet business needs.
Track adoption, utilization, and outcomes to measure success.
