Best Buy is seeking a Space Management Analyst to collaborate on merchandising solutions, planograms, and category transitions that drive store performance. You will work with cross-functional partners to ensure accurate placements, fixtures, and graphics across multiple categories.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience with product merchandising in a retail environment.
• 2 years of experience in space management, category management, inventory planning, visual merchandising, or store design.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Create, monitor, and maintain all planograms for assigned business categories that support the business strategy while adhering to enterprise merchandising guidelines.
• Help define transition scope and allocation of store merchandising team labor throughout the year.
• Drive the assortment transition process for category resets, launches, and product updates.
• Drive adherence to milestones to support visual merchandising, forecasting, replenishment, and delivery of merchandising elements.
• Facilitate SKU handoff meetings with business partners.
