Closets by Design Atlanta is hiring Sales/Designer representatives to meet with the Sales Managers, with a week-long paid training starting October. This role offers a hybrid-remote schedule, pre-set appointments, and complete coaching to help customers design organized spaces near your area.

No prior sales experience is required; you will receive comprehensive sales and design training while working in a supportive, team-driven environment that emphasizes growth and customer service.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
• Coachable candidates with growth mindset.
• Willingness to complete 1-week paid sales training.
• Reliable access to a vehicle with a valid license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments; leads and materials provided.
• Build rapport to understand organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on products and services.
• Follow training and use communication skills to help residential customers.
