Job summary

Closets by Design Atlanta is seeking energetic Sales/Designer representatives who can meet clients face-to-face yet work from a hybrid home base. You’ll use provided leads and pre-set appointments to design and sell organizing solutions for bedrooms, home offices, garages, and more.

No degree or prior sales experience is required; coaching and a week-long paid training are provided. Expect flexible schedules, mentorship, and performance-based bonuses in a supportive, growth-oriented team.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
• We are looking for coachable candidates.
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete 1-week paid sales training.
• Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin sales route with appointments (all leads, and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.
• Close deals and sell the products that they reached out to us to purchase.
