Closets by Design Atlanta is hiring Sales/Designer representatives to meet clients face-to-face, plan living space solutions, and close design-based sales. You will work with preset appointments near your area and receive comprehensive sales and design training, with no prior experience required.

Our nationwide brand supports you with top-tier products and a friendly, mentorship-driven culture. Flexible, hybrid remote work is available, and you can grow into a senior designer track as you excel.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is required.
• Candidates should be coachable and capable of following a proven process.
• Willingness to complete 1-week paid sales training.
• Reliable access to a vehicle with driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and materials provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers.
• Close deals and sell the products that they reached out to us to purchase; earnings grow with performance.
• Your earning potential is up to you.
