Closets by Design Atlanta is hiring Sales/Designer representatives to meet with customers, design and sell home organization solutions, and close deals. Training is provided, including a week-long paid session on a specified start date, with pre-set appointments and flexible hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is required.
• Coachable with growth mindset to grow territory.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (provided).
• Build rapport to understand organizational needs and preferences.
• Walk through homes to assess opportunities for organization solutions.
• Educate customers on products and services and close deals.
• Follow the training and use communication skills to assist residential customers.
• Close deals and grow earnings based on performance.
• Your earning potential is determined by your effort and results.
