Closets by Design Atlanta, a nationwide brand, is hiring Sales/Designer representatives to join our growing team. You’ll work with pre-set appointments, help homeowners organize spaces, and receive comprehensive sales and design training with no prior experience required.

We value a people-focused, growth-minded mindset and offer a hybrid-remote position, mentorship, a clear path for advancement to Senior Sales Designer, and a bonus based on performance.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience required.
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete 1-week sales training, paid by a stipend.
• Reliable access to a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads provided).
• Build rapport with customers to understand organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers.
