Job summary

Closets by Design Atlanta is hiring Sales/Designer representatives to meet with clients and design customized storage solutions. You will have pre-set appointments, receive comprehensive sales and design training, and operate in a hybrid-remote role near Alpharetta, GA.

No prior experience required, and growth opportunities are available within a nationally recognized brand. We value people skills, communication, and a service mindset as you help homeowners transform their living spaces.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
• Coachable candidates with a growth mindset are sought to grow the territory.
• Willingness to complete 1-week paid sales training.
• Reliable access to a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments; leads and materials are provided.
• Build rapport to understand client organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to identify opportunities for organizing solutions.
• Educate customers on Closets by Design products and services.
• Follow our sales training and help residential customers with their home organization needs.
• Close deals; earnings depend on performance and volume.
• Operate with a flexible schedule and maintain a customer-first mindset.
