Job summary

Revlon Manufacturing & Distribution is seeking aSales Coordinator to ensure timely execution of sample orders, maintain customer relationships across broker teams, and support sales operations. You will prepare materials, track performance, and coordinate with departments to meet sales goals.

Under the Senior Manager, Customer Business Development, you will handle orders, reports, and broker communications, while managing data in SAP and supporting ULTA and other retailers.

Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP, Ariba, MicroStrategy a plus.
• Must be able to multi-task and take initiative in a high-activity, fast-paced team environment.
• Demonstrate ability to manage multiple changing priorities and work well in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on organizational and analytical skills.
• Able to quickly demonstrate knowledge and understanding of customer-specific systems and processes.
• BA/BS preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in the sales/retail industry; CPG or beauty industry experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operations-based tasks to support customer logistics management and reporting.
• Submit key paperwork to support daily and long-term business needs.
• Be the resource for customer logistics materials, support, and order reporting.
• Support senior leaders and brokers with data, reports, and assets.
• Maintain broker tools, price lists, and product imagery in internal systems.
• Run daily sales reports, regional summaries, and ad-hoc sales reports as needed.
• Prepare item/product data for sell-in meetings, trade shows, and events.
• Manage image uploads and maintenance for e-commerce platforms.
