Job summary

Revlon is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support US Food Customer Business Development. You will ensure smooth execution of sample orders, manage relationships across broker teams, and prepare materials and reports to help hit sales targets.

Responsibilities include maintaining broker tools, generating reports, coordinating with finance on PO payments, and supporting events and trade shows. Hybrid role with 3 days in Chicago office and remote days.

Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
• Experience with SAP, Ariba, MicroStrategy a plus.
• Must be able to multi-task and take initiative in a high activity, fast-paced team environment.
• Demonstrate ability to manage multiple changing priorities and work well in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on organizational and analytical skills.
• BA/BS preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in the sales/retail industry preferred. CPG or Beauty Industry experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational tasks for US Food Customer Business Development to support logistics and reporting.
• Submit key paperwork to support daily and long-term business needs.
• Provide materials and reports to support broker teams and customers.
• Assist senior leaders and cross-functional teams on sales initiatives and events.
• Maintain broker resources: item specs, price lists, space planning, product assets.
• Run daily and regional sales reports and provide data for sell-in meetings.
