Responsibilities

• Identify and research missing sales information with peers and other departments
• Reconcile and balance sales data for domestic divisions and ensure POS details are accurate
• Communicate with Cash Office associates to resolve sales issues
• Address customer service issues and research discrepancies for Field Associates
• Research and respond to debit and credit chargebacks
• Offer training to peers and/or new hires
