Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a Sales Business Analyst to perform comprehensive analytics for Sales, Operations, and Finance at a national level, focusing on pricing, profitability, and incentives.

The role involves collaboration with the sales team on incentive tracking, development of monthly/ quarterly sales reports, and identifying trends to drive business improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2–4 years of related experience or High School Diploma/GED with 5–7+ years of specific experience.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Experience with sales incentive analysis and go-to-market strategies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and report on Sales, Operations, and Finance data including competitor, financial, pricing, profitability analysis, and simulation models for incentives and sales efficiency.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support incentive analysis and tracking.
• Develop, publish, and maintain monthly and quarterly sales reports and KPIs for Reyes Beverage Group units.
• Identify sales/operations trends from data and formulate actionable recommendations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent

This position will be supporting our Convenience, Dollar, and Military customers at a National level.

Position Responsibilities:

• The Sales Business Analyst will perform analysis and reporting for the Sales, Operations, and Finance departments including executing competitor analysis, financial analysis, pricing analysis, profitability analysis, and simulation models pertaining to incentives, go-to-market strategies, and sales efficiency
• Collaborate with sales team to assist with sales incentive analysis and associated best practices including Monthly Business Objectives and Incentive Tracking and also conducts historical sales and retailer reporting and analysis
• Develops, publishes, and maintains monthly and quarterly sales reports and Key Performance Indicators for Reyes Beverage Group business units
• Collaborates with sales team to assist with sales incentive analysis and associated best practices
• Identifies sales / operations trends based on data and formulates recommendations to address trends and implements these changes
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience
