Campspot in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Software Customer Support Specialist to assist our software customers during scheduled support hours. You will work with campground staff to resolve inquiries and master the Campspot reservation software, guiding clients by phone, email, and remote desktop.

This hybrid role requires excellent communication, patience, and problem-solving skills. You should be available for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, with a kickoff salary around $45,000 per year
