Randstad Enterprise is seeking an RPO High Volume Recruiter to serve as an embedded talent partner, aligning with local Hiring Managers to build specialized sales and service teams in Davidson, NC. The role requires a hybrid schedule with four days on-site weekly and offers a contract engagement.

You will drive requisition intake, sourcing, screening, and onboarding while collaborating with global colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience with requisition intake, sourcing, screening and onboarding.
• Ability to manage candidate pools including internal, ad response and direct sourced candidates.
• Proven ability to meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring goals.

Responsabilités

• Develop recruiting and sourcing plans to increase candidate pipelines.
• Assess candidate eligibility based on resumes and profiles.
• Build qualified candidate profiles to meet client deliverables.
• Participate in special projects to enhance service offerings.
