Job summary

Albert Einstein Medical Center seeks a Registered Nurse, Clinical Quality Improvement Specialist II to originate and expedite quality initiatives aligned with patient safety and HRO principles. The role includes leading teams, analyzing data, and driving safety improvements across departments.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with RN preferred, and at least one year in quality improvement or healthcare analytics. A hybrid work arrangement is available.

Qualifications

• One year of professional experience in quality improvement, performance improvement, or healthcare analytics required.
• CPPS and CPHQ certifications to be achieved within 12 months of hire.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt expected within 12 months of hire.
• RN licensure in PA preferred; clinical background supports quality initiatives.
• Experience presenting work at internal conferences or public forums is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and drive quality improvement projects aligned with organizational goals.
• Develop and track quality metrics and performance indicators.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through project lifecycles and ensure data-driven decisions.
• Conduct safety event evaluations and proactive risk assessments with guidance.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders regularly.
