Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field.
• 3–7 years of healthcare experience in project management, performance improvement, quality improvement and/or patient safety.
• 2–5 years of experience in electronic medical records.
• 2–5 years of experience in project management and/or quality improvement principles.

Responsibilities

• Leads projects and performance improvement initiatives.
• Applies experience to support safety and quality priorities.
• Participates on hospital-based or clinical service line committees and project teams.
• Monitors and analyzes safety and quality data and makes data-driven recommendations.
