Qualifications

• RN with transplant coordination experience or strong clinical nursing background.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and regulatory bodies.
• Knowledge of UNOS or transplant listing requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Referral and evaluation coordination with the transplant team to determine candidacy.
• Provide pre-transplant education and maintain communication with referring providers.
• Support peri-operative processes, admissions, and waitlist status updates.
• Monitor post-transplant care in inpatient and outpatient settings and ensure follow-up.
• Pursue ABTC certification and participate in ongoing education and on-call duties.
